To ensure the hotel environment provides a relaxing, safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, please review the following hotel policies which apply to all public spaces, common areas, our lawn, courtyard, restaurant and pool. We appreciate your understanding. 

Food & Beverage Policy:

  • External food, drinks and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any of the common areas throughout the hotel, including the lobby, courtyard and pool. 
  • Outside catering, beverages and spirits are not allowed. 
  • Cakes for special celebrations will only be allowed with booked dining reservations at Port Blu, as part of a private dining event or function, or with F&B Management authorization. Cake plating fees may apply.
  • Items specifically meant for infants, toddlers and young children are acceptable. 
  • Food specifically meant for the prevention of medical emergencies are acceptable. 

The seasonal menus at Porta Blu feature inspired cuisine rooted in culinary traditions found throughout the southern coast of Europe, presented alongside fresh native California ingredients to serve inventive yet familiar interpretations of classic flavors.

Enliven the senses with daily coffee creations and healthy breakfast starters and lunch at Verve Cafe with its variety of classic coffee beverages, fine teas, refreshing juices and light bites served in a casual setting.

Pool Rules: 

  • Pool Hours: 6am - 10pm daily.
  • Pool Bar & Dining: Saturday & Sunday, 11am - 6pm.
  • No Lifeguard is on duty.  
  • The pool is accessible to registered hotel guests only. Maximum occupancies are 2 people per King Room and 4 people per Queen/Queen Room. 
  • To ensure our guests enjoyment, we do not allow entertaining non-hotel guests or special celebrations at the pool. 
  • Hotel guests' name, room numbers and wristbands are required and must be
  • worn for pool entry.
  • No amplified music or electronic devices.
  • Unattended furniture will be considered available for other hotel guests to use.
  • All food & beverage consumed at the pool must be purchased at the hotel. No outside items are allowed. Glass containers of any type are prohibited.
  • The hotel reserves the right to establish a timeframe for pool usage and capacity to accommodate hotel guests.
  • Regulations require children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Pool toys, water guns, large inflatable toys are not allowed, except for infant flotation devices.
  • Loud disruptive behavior is not allowed.
  • Per county health orders, pets are not allowed at the pool.
  • Proper swimming attire is required in the pool.
  • When entering the hotel, bare feet are not permitted.
