The purchase value of your gift card never expires. 

You can apply gift cards to room rate charges by simply presenting your gift card at check-out, to apply towards eligible charges.

Guests can use these towards reservations booked via the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel directly. Gift cards cannot be applied towards bookings made on a third party site, such as Expedia. Not redeemable at hotel/resort/third party outlets directly. Inclusions are in-room dining, restaurant, parking, transportation taxes, and amenity fees. Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

No, gift cards are only redeemable at the hotel that it was purchased for. The hotel name is displayed on the gift card.

Yes! You can purchase a gift card that will be sent to your recipient’s email address.

Our gift cards are electronic only. They can be presented via mobile device or via print out for redemption. Physical gift cards are not available.

Hotel Nia works directly with the best florists, wedding planners, photographers, DJs, and caterers in Silicon Valley California.

Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, glassware, and an appropriate amount of serving staff, are included with your venue booking. Hotel Nia permits additional décor from approved vendors, but is not responsible for the setup or breakdown of outside decoration.

Hotel Nia partners with a list of preferred vendors for Indian, Persian, Chinese, and Kosher menus. Other catering vendors are permitted with advanced approval. All outside catering is subject to a plating fee commensurate with additional service and facilitation requirements.

Hotel Nia offers on-site valet parking for $35/day. Additional street parking is available within walking distance of our Menlo Park hotel.

Although Hotel Nia does not offer transportation, we partner with various transportation companies to provide discounted group transportation rates to guest at our Menlo Park hotel.
